Seattle Central's Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts programs provide an intensive, hands on course of study to prepare students for professional entry into the food service industry. The rigorous and comprehensive programs are taught by a highly skilled faculty in our five state of the art kitchen facilities. Our programs take a global look at cuisine and all aspects of pastry, baking, and Artisan breads.
